As a Trainee Engineer at OPI, the appointment involved plant operator duties in the Control Room of Ratana Oil Field of OPI. During my duties, I have learned and gotten well-versed in Process operations of oil & gas treatment, Processes to strip a gas from impurities and Acid Gases (e.g H2S, CO2 etc), and Removing moisture from fuel gas (Dehydration). It also involved troubleshooting at the plant that involved working closely with equipment such as Waukesha VIP Compressor, Caterpillar Generator, AJAX Compressor, etc.

As a Surface Engineer Intern at Orient Petroleum Pty Limited that lasted 6 weeks, the internship opportunity is my first ever appointment in the professional world. It involved getting familiar with corporate life and looking at Oil plant equipment in detail such as Turbines, P&IDs, Pumps, and compressors. The internship lasted 6-weeks to understand upstream, midstream, and downstream processes in an oil & gas industry with a closer look at the equipment used such as pumps, engines, turbines, compressors, and more.

Automating SQL by writing a stored procedure to solve real world problems. Control statements, common table expressions (CTEs), triggers, events, and more were learned in this certification.
